Donna joined Tough Mudder in 2015 to lead global commercial and non-ticket revenue for all Tough Mudder, Inc.  brands. As SVP of Consumer Products & Partnership Marketing, Donna is responsible for overseeing and managing  the licensing, merchandising (ecommerce and venue) and sponsorship departments for the company globally. Donna has extensive global licensing and merchandising expertise, holding previous executive positions with World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (WWE) and the National Basketball Association (NBA). As Chief Operating Officer at WWE, Donna developed and communicated corporate objectives, facilitated company-wide execution of business plans, served as the “face” of the organization to all business partners, media and investor relations activities, created and executed cost reduction initiatives, and led WWE executive team in achieving the two most profitable years in WWE history.Prior to that, she had a ten year career with the National Basketball Association (NBA), where her last position was Vice President, Consumer Products, Non-Apparel Licensing where she developed/implemented global licensing business strategies including conceiving of and developing new products, securing and negotiating deals with licensees, as well as creating and introducing visual in-store merchandising programs, gift-with-purchase programs, trade incentive contests, and consumer sweepstakes.  Donna was named by Forbes as the second Most Powerful Woman in Sports in 2009 and by as third Most Influential Woman in Sports in 2012. She received her B.A. in Communications Studies Magna Cum Laude from State University of New York at Oswego.
